Denise: This is a good trainer for someone with big thighs and a stomach to match. Me on the other hand I don’t have much thighs but stomach. So I actually can’t use it. But other than that I like it and the way it looks just too big for me and my lil legs.

NinaNina: I received the LANCS sauna high waist trainer trimmer in the mail the other day, I was super excited to try it on. Let me just put it like this- I've never owned a better trainer! The other trainers I’ve purchased before would feel itchy and uncomfortable this one actually stays on without you having to constantly readjust the velcro straps during a workout. I also love how it cinches my waist so comfortably and that I could adjust the straps to my own liking. Don't have any complaints, it was definitely worth the buy.

Nicole Odom: I've used it now for a week and it is very comfortable. The support for my back makes it easier to exercise without feeling the strain sometimes felt in the lower back.

I've been wearing it directly in my skin and notice the thigh velcro does loosen, so perhaps wear over workout clothes. So far so good

The material is of high quality, and it fits so well, and remains well fitted on without shifting or breaking from the straps. This is like killing 2 birds with 1 stone, because it helps me work on my belly and thighs at the same time.. It also gives the much needed supported while working out. I exercise with it, and it feels so comfortable.
