Agribuilder: Great bang for your buck ratchet , mines got 2 small holes in the switch indicator I just push grease into them to keep dirt and debris out and keep the inside greased

LakemechanicLakemechanic: Unless one includes the plastic packaging (see picture). I cannot visualize any way to use the plastic packaging to gain the leverage/force that a 10-3/4" ratchet would generate. Someone commented that the handle had no metal in it, so it generates even less leverage/force than it's 8-1/2" length should. I have a older Crescent 1/4" ratchet & the end of the handle is quite floppy... I got out a magnet & the metal inside this one's handle ends about the second C in Crescent, so when the handle gets floppy, it's a 6-1/2" ratchet.
I have several older Crescent ratchets and they have given good service; that's why I bought this one. It appears to be made to the same high standards & should give long good service.
Highly recommended.

RoninUT: I bought this ratchet primarily to use with a little torx bit kit to remove my Jeep doors and hard top. It workes well for that application, but today I really wrung it out disassembling an old swingset my kids had used until it was about to fall apart. I probably unscrewed about 50 stiff and corroded fastners with it, and then used it to tighten 2 lag bolts into my deck to re attach the kids plastic slide to something so they could keep using it.
Ratcheting action was smooth. The chrome finish is nice and the rubberized grip was comfortable. The head is a bit bigger than other 3/8 drive ratchets but that extra metal probably equates to greater strength at the expense of a tiny bit of extra weight.
I have really grown to like the push button release for sockets over the spring tensioned ones.
It's a solid tool that stays in my Jeep full time now.

George A. Martinez: Wow this is a great 3/8" ratchet for the price. I'm getting another one before they go up in price.
Solid and heavy. The 72 click head is smooth with no skipping like another reviewer complained about. The selector switch is solid and not loose. The engraving on the chrome handle is sharp and not cheap looking.
The chrome finish is exquisite and the rubber handle is comfortable and professional feeling and looking.
This ratchet is way nicer than my Craftsman 72 3/8" ratchet.

Seth from Haynesville: I purchased the 1/4" CRW1, 3/8" drive CRW7, and the 1/2" drive CRW13 together. They are a great value for the $11, $14, and $18 respective price tags.
The Good:
The handles are very comfortable. You get a lot better grip and direct more of your energy in the pull instead of hanging onto the wrench. The plastic/rubber handle cover feels like a modern Milwaukee power tool. The grey parts are rubberized and provide a good grip over most of the handle. There is a flat area on the underside of the handle that helps you index the tool and adds to the comfort of the handle as well. The fatter handle doesn't dig into your hand like a traditional round or flat ratchet wrench handle.
These are beefy. The head of the 1/2" wrench is 7/8" thick, the 3/8" is 11/16" thick, and the 1/4" is 7/16" thick. The largest part of the handle diameter is about 1-1/4" on the 1/2" wrench, 1" on the 3/8", and 5/8" on the 1/4" wrench. I have big hands but these are all very comfortable handle sizes. For comparison, most 1/2" drive ratchets with a round steel-only handle have a 5/8-3/4" diameter handle. Really pull on them and you feel pain or at least some discomfort in your fingers. Yeah, I...

Calvin H.: Definitely worth it, with that reasonable & affordable price I simply can't ask for more... the reason I gave it a 4-stars instead of 5 is because of misleading title, total length of 10-3/4" is "included the packaging", the ratchet itself is only 8-1/2" in length.
