islandgirl: This is the best way to consume two cloves of garlic, a day, and it taste great! Such a bonus that it’s fermented otherwise it would be in edible. I cut it in half and put it on appetizer trays, and people don’t even know what they’re eating. They love it and they think it’s been soaked in balsamic vinegar which it has not been at all, that is just the flavor from the fermenting process. Have tried other brands, but this one is the best.
