The Smiths: I've been using 5 htp 200mg three times daily for awhile with somewhat moderate results from a different company. This one however is way better for me. I don't take this for sleep, it's to help me with anxiety and overall irritability. My family's noticed that I don't seem as on edge or as abrupt/impatient. I definitely notice I feel better. Cereluna: I bought these 3 years ago and they were great. So, when my depression came back, I tried them again. I think the formula has changed and they made me feel "unwell". Maybe my system has changed, but I had to return them.
