Diana Dickenson: I threw out my old “non-stick” griddle that everything stuck to and it also had uneven cooking(hot spots). I made pancakes this morning and tested it all over the surface and everywhere heated the same. I did not need to use anything to keep the pancakes from sticking.
I think I may have been the cause of my old one sticking…I used to spray it with non-stick spray. The instructions with this griddle warns against doing that!
I simply wiped the griddle clean with a soapy dish cloth and rinsed it and dried it. Cleaned up like new!!

Amazon Customer: Temp seems good for a griddle and it has enough friction that the whatever you are cooking doesn't just slide away from your spatula. If I could change anything I wish it was a tad longer and the drain hole for the grease was in a different place. Sometimes my pancake batter ends up going down the grease hole.

Terry Armstrong: couldn't find anything to dislike about this Griddle I bough it to make pancakes and it does a great job the pancakes are evenly brown all over and cooked right through they look great and taste great too I highly recommend this Griddle love it.

GINAGINA: Okay, I find this griddle long and narrow, but it distributes heat better than my last large square one.
Also, I've only used this one 5 or 6 times and it already has an element burn mark on the surface....? Very strange.

JI: Lightweight and easy to clean. Not great heat distribution but easy to move foods around so it's fine.

Tadaima: Nice design, good non-stick surface and fairly even heat distribution. According to my Cuisinart grill thermometer, the temperature dial is accurate to within 10 degrees. I am using the griddle to melt beeswax for encaustic painting, which demands good control of the heat source.
