Eric: I’ve used numerous jacks now but this is the best bang for buck jack I’ve had, I’ve done numerous oil changes, tire swaps, differential changes, exhaust changes, etc. this jack has yet to fail me, the only minor gripe I have is that after 3 years the release valve gets a little stuck and due to that I have to twist with more force so have to be careful when dropping the car

Joseph: Very sturdy....heavy built. Needed a very low jack for my Maserati GT. Easily goes under with room to spare. For those negative reviews, It's heavy, so of course it is awkward. Takes 10 or more pumps.....so what. Note, do not use on a gravel or soft surfaceas as it needs to move as it raises. If gravel, use plywood under wheels (18" X 36") example to allow movement. As for lowering quickly, bull. You can let this down VERY slowly so it looks slow motion. If needed, practice a couple times before use. It's NOT the jack....it's the person using the jack at fault for rapid drop.

Guiseppe Carboner: Works just fine for me and has both the lift I need and the low profile. For those saying that they are using these and having them let down while they are working on the cars.... I wouldn't trust life and limb to even the most expensive jack out there. Always use stands when you are going under a car. Always. Jacks are meant to lift a vehicle, not support it.

Maple Leaf: This jack was easy to use. Just a warning to anyone thinking about purchasing this jack to use on your Tesla. I purchased this jack to change the wheels on my Model Y. Before I placed my order, posted a question: what is the diameter of the saddle, and received a reply that the saddle diameter was 4". Another person posted that they used the jack on their Tesla with no problem. So, I placed the order based on these comments. The jack saddle is actually only 2", so the Jack lIft Pad that I had purchased to use in conjunction with the jack did not fit into the saddle. I made it work anyways. Just a warning to anyone who is looking to use this jack on their Tesla. Otherwise this jack looks like a decent quality.
