Nan: These give you extra cushion, on your feet. I read other reviews stating that they wouldn't stay on; Well guess what people, you need to wear them with your shoes! Of course, they are not going to stay on otherwise. LOL These help if you use them right, if they don't work for you then it's time to see your doctor.

From NJ: So far, my third attempt at trying to find something that helps with the pain I experience in the ball of my right foot. Work retail. Find myself just standing, at times, for 4 plus hours. Unlike the other 2 brands, I've not thrown these in the garbage...yet.
Admit that a plus is the design so they are not right/left foot specific. Fit is secure, for me, but not binding.
So far, I'm really happy with This pad, but will update my review at a later date.

Rapps: This wouldn’t fit my foot because the distance allowed between toes didn’t match up to mine. Otherwise I got the other style, only one opening for big toe so I can say it is very comfortable. Recommend product just other style.

Amazon Customer: These help so much with pain when wearing them, but do not hold up well overtime. They split and the seams come undone.
