I tried this to make the shoe fit better, the whole time it just felt like something was wedged there with absolutely no comfort level at all. I ended up going with a different product which garnered better results since it was applied behind the heel not in front of the toes. This makes your feet feel like your shoes are way too small, even when you remove the insert.

Did not work for me. Tried them in slippers and slip on sneakers. They do not stay in place and are very uncomfortable. Tried putting them around the heel but that didn’t work. Do not recommend!

My shoes were a half size too big so I bought these "toe plugs" and they worked really well. I didn't have to use an adhesion to wear the inserts. Just slipped them into the shoe after I took out the center wedge to make for a better fit. It didn't shift around or pinch.
