Briano Wong: I just finished installing 6 drawers. One drawer is already not working. The spring cannot hook to the drawer when pulling out. So it cannot soft close and block the drawer from close completely. The failure rate is high (16%) brand new. I am afraid the failure rate will increase afterward. I do not know how to return the defect one.

Michael S.: Absolutely your “best value” when shopping for ball bearing drawer sliders. The bottom edge mounting sliders provide the full opening of my 20 inch drawers. These are built solid with full support for the fully opened drawer. The “soft-close” was an unexpected feature and is fully adjustable. Unlike cheep glides these were even adjustable to ensure even opening and full closure. No need to re-drill and re-mount to adjust these gliders. The price was outstanding as well! For the price the big-box stores wanted for two pairs I was able to purchase six pair of these. I’m currently building 36 feet of new kitchen cabinets and a 4x9 foot island center. I will be ordering more for the new cabinets and changing out all of the existing ones! A very satisfied customer!

AmyA: After getting these onto our cabinets & making sure they were all level we realized that they are not as smooth & do not pull shut all the way unless you slam the drawer shut. We wished we would have tried only one before doing all of them but by the time we got the cabinets ready to install these it was past the time to return them. They are very tight & hard to open so if you do not have pulls on your drawers it will be hard to open them.

Stan Sampson: Two drawer slides bent, the ball bearings had fallen out on one slide. Poor quality of the slides in general. NOT RECOMMENDED, for kitchen or long term use.

ekimrednif: used these to put drawers in a shop cabinet that I made. They work great and are very sturdy. Installation is not hard but if you don't have a jig of some sort, it will take a little time to get them lined up and level. I had a face plate on my cabinet, therefore I had to use spacers against the side of the cabinet to bring the slides in-line with the face, then I used a piece of 3/4 inch plywood as a spacer which I cut one inch taller than the drawers. I rested it onto the lower slide, which was mounted level on the bottom of the cabinet, I then mounted the next slide as it rested on this plywood spacer, then did the other side, ensuring that they were the exact distance from the lower slide and level. Slides are smooth and the self-closing works great.

Anathy Construction LLC.Anathy Construction LLC.: The media could not be loaded.  Easy install with the metal brackets (purchased) separately they come fairly stiff you will need to lube the bearings they are 5 star worthy but one slide was broken company was willing to replace the defective slide but it would be a 2 month wait! Whawhawhat… I was disappointed with that they did credited me $12.25 ( not enough to buy a single set) I can’t for the life of me figure out why they can’t cut a box of six open send me a replacement and replace it in 2 months , why do I need to be punished for their faulty product? I will get down off my soap box now. All and all I was happy with the product and the price point in good!
