Works as advertised. It just takes a couple of strikes to get it going then first time, but it works well. My husband has it in his toolkit.it would be great for campers.

Of the two in the package that arrive the grey one looked and felt nice to the touch but the gold/brass one looked spotty and felt unpolished in comparison.
Neither of the two I was able to get lit despite 30+ minutes trying on each between 3 different people. We got a small ignition with immediate extinguish twice total. On the other hand we were able to consistently get sparks to come off them both which I guess you could use to start the fire.
If you want these just to be able to make sparks this is a good purchase, if you’re expecting a match sort of thing you’ll want to look elsewhere.
