Count Rebar: I wish I didn't have to pay extra for the branding, but it did solve a problem. A smoke detector was chirping with another brand battery that read 10.01v on the multimeter but apparently wouldn't perform under load. No chirping with this one so far.

I always like to keep a spare few of these around because the smoke detectors use this kind and it’s the worst if you don’t have any replacements at home, especially when they star beeping in the middle of the night. JD: These seem to be hard to find. Energizer batteries seem to last longer than most others. They might be more expensive, but worth it in my opinion.
