Pamela9999: My order was lost in the mail by USPS and the customer service of this company was amazing. They went above and beyond in getting this replaced. The company kept consistent monitoring and they communicated with me multiple times. The product was described perfectly and was what we needed. We have several mobility units and batteries are essential. This battery holds a great charge and holds the power without lowering the speed or draining down. I strongly recommend this product and this company.

Tim Deaton: I stick with Mighty Max batteries for back up power supplies, power chairs, mobility products.
The product is good, the delivery is more than satisfactory and any questions I have are answered quickly.
You may pay a bit more, but the quality and lack of hassle is worth a couple of bucks

Lawrence K. - Kansas: Batteries delivered fully charged. Installed in a Pride Mobility GoGo UltraX and what a difference it made. Rode up and down the halls of the retirement village to give them a test 45 minutes at full speed and no loss in power. These were a perfect fit and easy to change out. Don't be afraid to do this change out yourself. The hardest part is getting the old batteries out of the housing. Remove the cover and then set on a table upside down and let gravity help you pull these out. Takes two people - one to hold the case the other to pull on the battery. Use half of the amount of velcro when reinstalling the new batteries (you have to pull off the bottom of the old batteries) This will make battery removal easier the next time.
