teresauminn: OKAY this seems like it's a foo foo thing to be worried about but the fact that I was untwisting my phone cord at my desk daily was just crazy. I don't think that handset clip was meant to be undone but so many times in it's life. Heard about this by chance. Ordered TWO (one for my co-worker too) and haven't had to think about this crazy phone cord again. It's been months now and no problems. Not even a little bit.
No brainer to install. No static. My phone works great. Will order more for the other 6 phones!

Kindle Customer: I bought this to use at work because of the frequency that I use my phone. They work great for about a month and a half to 2 months. After that they start crackling and it sounds like you have a bad cord. Great concept, poor design.

Nicole Williams: Cords work & sound perfect, the free swivel connectors not so good. Static and cracking on the line, ended up not being able to them.
