Living_Lime_Green: I have small hands. Before I would have to get creative to remove the battery from my Ryobi leaf blower and edger. It was really quite difficult! These are about half the size of the battery that came with my leaf blower and are so much easier to handle!! They are lighter, too, which is a perk. I have been using these batteries for about a year and half and they work great! They last as long as the original giant Ryobi battery. They provide the same blowing power as the original battery, too! They charge on the Ryobi charger. While I do wish Ryobi (and other brands) would consider that some women are small-handed and yet have to do their own yard work, I’m happy with these off-brand replacement batteries! I’m ordering more now because my Ryobi outdoor/yard tool collection has grown.

A. Salais: I recently purchased a two pack of these Ryobi One compatible batteries. They both worked fine until one just abruptly stopped working one day. The charge indicated that the batter was bad and the charge indicator stopped functioning.

Amazon support connected me with the seller who asked a few questions and quickly arranged for a replacement battery to be shipped.

I know it is odd to leave a positive review for a defective product, but I believe the seller has earned it. Often, a consumer can get a better idea of the sort of business they are working with based on their experience when something goes wrong. In this case, after gathering the information they needed and attempting to troubleshoot, there was no question as to whether they would honor their warranty. The responded in a timely manner and arranged for a battery to be sent as a replacement for the defective one. It is unreasonable to expect that 100% of the products coming of of a manufacturing line will be perfect, and their response to this statistical reality is exactly what should be expected from a business.

I will, undoubtedly, buy from them again.

JohnOJohnO: I bought these to replace my OEM batteries that have lost cells. These are listed as 3000mah of capacity. I did a tear down to check true ratings as other reviewers have cast doubt on the rating due to the weight or perceived performance. The batteries are 5 3.6V Lithium 18650 3000mah as advertised. I believe the weight difference compared to the OEM battery is the rubber covering that Roybi uses on their case, while these are light weight plastic. My only issue has been under stressed operation - like when using a 3” hole drill, the battery shuts down during operation. It isn’t drained, it must be overheating, or limiting current draw. Wait a while and it is fine. It can be frustrating in the middle of a job. The OEM batteries didn’t do this.
