James A: The waykar 180 pint dehumidifier arrived on time and it was easy to assemble just attach the handles move into position allow it to sit for the allotted time turn on and let it work.This dehumidifier appears to be well build and it removes lots of moisture while it works,I know this because my drain was plugged and the amount of water I had to clean up was amazing after only 24 hours. Very easy to move on the wheels and is well balanced to move.That said it quit after 2 months it’s a machine they break. Got a hold of customer service and their response was next day and very helpful. I have had to wait a lot longer for support from other sellers after contacting them several times.Now I have to return item they promised to help me with that,will see how easy it is to return. So far I have no complaint very easy to deal. Jim A this is a follow up on Waykar all I can say is that their support was top notch and hassle free thanks 5 stars

Winding Pines: The media could not be loaded.  This is a larger dehumidifier that really works great. It is not as noisy as I thought it might be but it sucks out the moisture in the room really fast on a professional level. But also it is super easy to use and wheel around, so it is not complicated at all.

It has many features that you would expect, but it also will drain automatically, pump the water out above grade, defrost itself, auto-restart after power failure, cable management, etc. It looks very well built and feels like a solid unit. I like that I can decrease the moisture beyond most humidifiers I've tried. Looking forward to many years with this big boy!

gcwebster: The Waykar 180 pint dehumidifier is an impressive machine. The case is very rugged and durable. It can take a beating and not show much wear.
It runs quietly and was able to significantly reduce the humidity level in a very large crawl space.
The controls on the humidifier are easy to understand and use.
I found the Waykar customer service to be very responsive. My first Waykar 180 pint dehumidifier was delivered with a damaged box. Upon opening the box the damage was severe enough to damage the control panel. I communicated with Waykar customer service. They responded quickly. The return was seamless without any issues. I commend them for such responsive and helpful customer service.

StevenSteven: This unit is powerful. While the unit is quite large and heavy, the wheels are large and make moving it around quite easy. This is the first unit I’ve purchased with wheels and I will never buy a unit without them again. This unit will be used to dehumidify a large enclosed area that holds over 1000 board feet of lumber to reduce the moisture content in the wood so it can be used for furniture.

The unit measured around 65 decibels a few feet away, which is fairly quiet for such a powerful unit. The humidity sensor housed within the unit read to within 1% of an external humidity sensor in the same room, so no complaints there.

Make sure you have the rubber drain hose attached and placed in a drain or in a container that holds water because when the condensate pump turns on it pumps the water out QUICKLY. The unit arrived with a few dings in the box but the unit itself arrived in perfect condition.

Overall I am very pleased with the quality of the unit. This is the third Waykar dehumidifier I’ve owned and I look forward to using it for years to come!

The construction is rugged. It has a built in pump. The oversized wheels make it easy to get around and even down stairs.

Randy S.Randy S.: Received my Waykar 180 pint commercial dehumidifier today. I was impressed with how well the unit was packaged. No damage whatsoever. Assembly took less than 5 minutes. Only thing to assemble is the heavy duty cushioned handle. No tools required. Unit is extremely well built. It is heavy but comes with large semi pneumatic tires which makes maneuvering the unit very easy. This unit comes with a built in pump that automatically empties the water reservoir when it is full. A 9 foot silicon hose is included that I place in my utility tub so I never have to empty a dehumidifier bucket again. Great feature! Dehumidifier is able to handle a 7000 sq foot area which is awesome. I currently have two 50 pint dehumidifiers to handle my 3200 sq.foot basement. This unit replaces both of them. The electronic controls are simple to operate but include all features. Even though the unit is heavy duty it is not extremely noisy. I am very pleased with my purchase and feel it is worth the money. This is my second Waykar dehumidifier. I registered my unit on the Waykar website and got an extra year of warranty.

I bought the commercial version as I run a dehumidifier 24 hours a day all year round in my cold room. This is my second purchase from Waykar and I have had excellent service from Erin at the customer service center. Great products and great support. A winning combination.
