We love our heater! Propane is very expensive, amazingly our electric bill is cheaper than running the heater and using up our propane. This heater kicks out enough heat that we haven't had to turn on the central heat yet, even though it's in the 30's at night! Just wish it had a thermostat, but not a deal breaker!

We purchased this product to help heat a basement area that is ~1,000 sq. ft. At first, I wasn't sure if it would put out enough heat to make a difference, but I was surprised that it actually did heat the area well. Not only that, but the remote control is a fantastic feature that makes it easy to use. It doesn't look cheap. It looks like a nice heater for the space. Finally, the kids love it because the flames and logs change colors.

This unit arrived when promised, well packaged, and in excellent condition. It would have been quick to assemble if the necessary screws had been included, but they were missing. Fortunately my husband has a vast collection of bolts, nuts, washers, and screws of every size and type and was able to find some that worked. The unit does not put out quite as much heat as we had hoped, so it takes awhile for our large den to warm to a nice temperature. BUT it LOOKS LOVELY!! We both love the style of the exterior of the unit!!! And the appearance of the logs and flame can be easily changed to suit the mood we want to achieve using the remote control. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase.
