Amazon Customer: This was my first time ordering from Interteck Packaging. The product I ordered (48 count, blue to pink) arrived quickly but when I opened it, the package count was wrong- someone had ordered it, taken 12 out of the package, resealed it and returned it. It was so carefully resealed, I didn't even notice it as I was opening it!
I contacted the company and they responded to me the same day. They offered me an explanation of what may have happened (thank you), an apology (thank you) and made the situation right immediately (wow). I am ordering from them again and I will continue to order from them moving forward. EXCELLENT customer service and excellent products. Thank you!

Evaluator: I love these silica packets in a larger 30 gm size. Not only is the paper thicker so they do not tear like other tend to, but they seem to last longer. I use them every where -- for medication storage, closets, food storage, clothes, the fire-proof safe, etc. Now that the weather is humid, I'm finding new areas to put them and I'm going to need to order more. I highly recommend them.

TK17472: These are the perfect size for ammo cans or camping gear totes even. It says that they can be dried out in the oven and reused, so we’ll see if they can be. Great price overall.
