dasMikechen: I read the reviews and was nervous seeing many say their product wouldn't re-activate, but I tried the microwave option (seemed easier) and it worked great. I did roughly 8 minutes first, saw some orange-ing, then decided I'd do it again to get bright orange and it worked wonders! Grateful I ignored the other comments and tried it out myself.

Andrew J. Faber: Work great.
They change colors instantly and then crack and pop if you put them in water. Hopefully that satisfies your need to test it with a few yourself.

Eric C.: I use this in my Bambu Labs AMS system to keep the box dry of moisture. It has worked just as intended. I need to switch out the desiccant every couple of weeks depending on how many times I open the box. The non-used desiccant in the container has not changed color and it has been several months since I opened the container. I have not tried to reactivate the desiccant yet, but I would assume with how well the product has worked so far there will be no issues.

A.D.P.: Weighed out 10.5g dry from the package. Rained here for 5 days straight, 85% humidity. Kept this 10.5g next to open window. In two days, re-weighed it once turned green completely. Saturated these weighed 13.6g, and would not absorb more or increase in weight. 30% water by weight is pretty good!

T: Used to help keep 3d printing filament dry. Works good. Use a dehydrator when they get over saturated and they are good to go again.

Ryan M.: I ran my ear pod pros through the washer and dryer without realizing. Found them several days later in the bottom of my laundry bag. Dead! I've been wanting to purchase these beads for quite some time (to keep my 3D printing filament free of moisture). After this little incident, I pulled the trigger. I submerged my ear pods and the case in a tupperware container full of the beads and let them sit for 3-4 days. The beads changed color, indicating that they absorbed moisture, so I fully charged them and they work! Couldn't be happier. Thought I was out a couple hundred dollars. Cannot recommend enough! :)

Blinking Toilet: I bought it for keeping my PLA filament dry, and these beads did exactly that.
I have a zip lock bag that's about 14"x12", thick plastic and stout "zip" on top. I carefully pour the beads inside the bag, shoved my filament roll in, and zipped the bag. Using a pair of hygrometers, I can see that while my room is about 45% humidity, inside the bag it's consistently 17-18% humidity. This is a roll that has a neon colour and I use it only once in a while, and whenever I do I take it out of the bag and it prints fine, so I claim that these beads are doing it's job.
Recently one of my outdoor security cameras fogged up inside, so I opened it up and then put the cam inside the ziplock bag on top of the beads. Worked great.
Because I keep it inside said ziplock bag, I never had to recharge the beads, so I can't say much about how well it recharges.
It's true -- you have to be careful with these beads. if you let them out they _will_ bounce everywhere and good luck try to clean up -- you definitely have to be careful and not let these beads anywhere close to anything mechanical like .. your 3D printer :D
Yes, also these beads are clearly going to be...

Megan B: I've been using small dessicant packs from this brand for years for my medication and vitamin bottles, so I was happy to find a large jug when looking for something to put in with my 3D printer filament. By putting these beads into small muslin drawing bags, I'm able to make my own dessicant packs. And when they're full, I can easily recharge them in my oven, microwave, or filament dryer.
