Build quality looks fine and I had no issues installing. There is a design flaw however. The USB-C port will not charge my iPad, but the USB-A port will. There is obviously no limitation with the Outlet USB power supply so no reason it should not support iPad charging on either the A or C ports. I had to buy new adapter cables to go from USB-A to USB-C. A little irritating, especially considering that the product info does not disclose this limitation. But not irritating enough for me to remove the outlets and return them.

Received product Sept 10, 2019. Easy to install and charges my android phones real quick. Only thing is you cannot use the USB ports while using the 3 prong sockets if the adapter is one of the larger ones.
