All was great for the first 2.5 months now the battery isn't working and customer service isn't helpful. I just bought another battery myself instead of waiting on customer service to freaking answer me... Anywho ... It's pretty basic cheap lawn mower it kinda works . It's mostly crap ... I don't expect this to last very long.

This lawn mower is all of these and exceeds expectations. Don’t let the size fool you. This mower works just like a regular mower with less intimidations. I will order another battery as I have a huge backyard and the battery does not last long. This lawn mower is good for women, children, elderly. Anyone really and it does a great job on the lawn. Easy clean up and compact. Great purchase!!! I will definitely use more products from this company!

Bittersweet: Never got to use it last year after we bought it, so we were worried it wouldn't work after a winter in storage. It started right up. We live in a trailer park, so our lawn is small. We do not use the bag.
Pros: Lightweight, quiet, easy to use.
Cons: Its a short cutting blade so you have to make more passes.
Recommend buying a second battery. It takes a battery and a half to do ours.

Ryan Li: This little dynamo works great! It took me about 10 minutes to assemble right it out of the box. Super easy. I let the battery charge overnight. The next day, I slide the battery in and took it out to the small strip of grass I have in the front of my house.

It is so light weight and powerful for such a small mower. The height setting is easy to adjust sing the back wheels. I was able to maneuver around trees and tight spots easily due to its compact size. It is powerful!! Cuts great. It does have trouble in tall, thick grass, (shuts off but hopefully yours is not as high a mine got in some places.

It's not one for big yards, but if you live in the city and have a small yard, its golden. It also fits well into a small storage space in the garage, as its so light weight you can remove the handle easily and place it on a shelf.

I am very please with the performance for this price.

Kindle Customer: My joy of merely pushing a button and be off to effortless mowing with my cordless Snapfresh mower vs struggling with starting my cumbersome gas mower - was quickly offset when battery gave out in just 16-minutes & 24 seconds of mowing despite being fully charged and not defective. In reality, one can likely expect to only mow a lawn the size of a typical golf putting hole green.
Before purchasing, I specifically noted description in the product detail stating: (1) The 20V 4.0ah battery gives you an efficiency charging and no worries of the battery would die quickly & (2) additional description of the $42 20V 4.0Ah battery itself states: Long lasting battery - supporting continuous high-speed operation for up to 60 minutes . . .
But in reply chat & email, Snapfresh reps both advised that 15-20 minutes would be the run time of the battery when used by the power draining mower as opposed to their other hand held tools. Thus, two or three batteries would likely be needed to cut non-stop the average medium lawn or the need to charge one battery inconveniently several times for two hours at a time before continuing to finish a medium seize lawn.
