cactusjack: My old spatulas were a little too small and flipping eggs was inconsistent. This one is large enough to get under enough of the egg so that it is stable and over easy eggs are happening for breakfast. It did take a little practice getting this large of a spatula in the right spot on my 9 inch pan but after a few tries it didn’t take much to get it right.

Most "plastic" spatulas are very disappointing as they are too flexible in use and you will typically lose your food as it slides off as the spatula bends. Bob Barker: I've had lots of spatulas from them in the past and they were all garbage for one reason or another. Either they melted at the lowest heat, had silly handles that held water, came apart or were otherwise just cheap garbage. This one however is the spatula that we all deserve to own. It's incredibly strong, the strongest one I've ever used, but it also holds up against heat and has a perfect design that isn't prone to water storage.

Obviously if you need a spatula that is razor thin and has tons of flex this isn't for you. I would suggest one of those nonstick fish spatulas for that purpose.
