The hose is a good length and easy to put back up when I'm done using. It's very powerful and gets the job done every time .

Brian C: You can search the reviews here and you will see some people reporting that they cannot get the quick connect to work. When I received my unit I had the exact same problem. That's because the male end connected to the pump is too long. Once used my dremel tool to grind it down just a few millimeters the quick connect worked just fine.

Clearly there are some quality assurance issues here but once I ground down the male quick connect end the pump works great!

CookCook: I purchased this in February 2023. I reached for today because I had a nail in my tire which I patched when I removed the compressor and began to try to fill the tire, compressor ran endlessly. Upon further examination, I saw that the gauge was broken off of its base and the air was just escaping. I tried to file a claim with the insurance that they offer but that’s the most convoluted process you will ever encounter. I am one who never writes reviews, but this one’s a bad review in my opinion.

Amy: The compressor did not work. Tested on two different cars and it just doesn’t work. It turns on for little bit but as soon as it starts to run it just stops. I was attempting to inflate 37psi tires to 42psi. Either this compressor is just not strong enough for cars (which would defeat the purpose of this car kit) or it’s broken. I’m going with broken because I tried it on two different cars and batteries.

Even if it did work, the compressor has no dial to set the compressor to the exact PSI you want the tire to be so you have to eye ball the PSI meter until it fills to the PSI you want. The dials are incremented in 5s so if you are going for 41 or 42 psi you have to eye ball and guesstimate the PSI number.. Not very convenient. Definitely not the ‘Best’ as described in the listing.

Another hassle is in the process of RETURNING. Amazon will not allow you to return this compressor as it is considered a hazardous item. I had to call customer service for the refund. While I was refunded I am still left with the broken compressor.

Buyers, be aware that this item is not returnable.
