My Frontier Fios, now Ziply Fiber, battery went dead. This is an exact replacement for the battery. It installed in minutes and appears to work just fine. At leas the stupid beeping stopped..! We'll have to wait and see how long it lasts, but for the money, this battery works perfectly.

I don't like that I had to purchase this battery. The battery backup unit on the FiOS lasted about 12 years without beeping, so when it started, it took a while to figure out what was making all the racket. Unlike the newer models, you can't disable the backup battery, so you must purchase a replacement. Verizon sold FiOS in California to Frontier, which appears to be in Chapter 11. Getting Frontier out to your house to replace the old equipment? Doubt it.
