A similar battery was ordered and delivered upside down thus causing the battery to be defective. After six weeks the company was informed that the battery was not performing properly so they sent a new replacement. The carrier was at fault but this company took the time to review the matter, good communication and resolved the issue ... The replacement battery as well as this one ordered soon after are operating as expected.

One battery was damaged via shipping and the seller immediately sent another - no hassle. THAT is how it should be with every online seller and I think them for this great service.
I have 3 of these in my motorhome and have more power than I know what to do with. So worth the investment.
