brian lee pucheu: It' works just like they say! Warm, orderless, last about 3 hours for the big canister, and just a nice addition to my tiny yard. ALSO! My initial order was delivered to the wrong address, and this company was kind and patient in helpin gme sort it out and get it fixed! Will definitely be ordering from them again when the time comes to re-supply.

Melissa: I bought these to use in my fireplace in place of real wood. I thought it would be a nice alternate we wanted a little ambience. Although the fire was nice and the crackling sound was nice, it was not worth the chemical smell that took over the down stairs of my home. I would not use again inside the house, perhaps in the firepit outside.
