Shubham: This gazebo has an absolutely lovely design. It's the ideal fusion of traditional and modern design. It serves as an eye-catching focal point in my backyard thanks to its simple lines, beautiful columns, and detailed latticework. The result is a genuinely gorgeous addition to my outside space because I went with a neutral color scheme that blends in with the natural surroundings. This gazebo is not only aesthetically pleasing, but it is also quite useful. I utilize it for a number of activities, such as entertaining guests, dining outside, and creating a peaceful reading area. My patio space is more usable throughout the year thanks to the shade it gives in the summer and the protection it provides from light rain. Gazebo assembly was a little project, but with a few helping hands, it wasn't too difficult. All required components were present, and the directions were crystal clear. We assembled everything in a single day, but it was well worth the time spent when we saw the final result. It could be preferable to employ a pro for assembly if you're not confident handling DIY jobs.

Joseph SchwartzJoseph Schwartz: Purchased this gazebo for backyard deck. It is exactly as pictured and includes good quality materials. The frame includes an excellent track to slide the curtains open and closed to adjust the privacy level that we prefer, or to open the side wall and watch the kids playing in the backyard. The roof canvas is tight fitting and successfully repeals rain. The construction was a bit time consuming (about 2 hours) but the instruction manual was clear and easy to follow. Color is as pictured. Overall, a great addition to our outdoor space!

Nick Lewis: I bought this canopy for my backyard deck, as a replacement for the pop-up canopy we had been using. When it arrived, I was impressed with how well it was packaged, and the material for the canopy’s roof was much sturdier than I expected, so I was looking forward to building and using this canopy.

Then I actually started building it. The instructions were simple, and I thought it would go up nicely, but then I ran into a problem: one of the pieces broke (a plate that was welded on the end of one of the side roof supports snapped off). Well, fudge, I thought.

I contacted the seller directly to ask about a replacement part. They first asked if I knew someone who could weld the plate back on. I replied that I didn’t. (Frankly, if I knew a welder, I would probably have just hired him to build me a sturdier canopy from the get-go.) They next offered to send me a replacement for the broken part if I would pay $50 for the shipping. I replied that I had already paid for their product and had it shipped, so I was not interested in paying more. Their third offer was to send me a (smaller) replacement canopy if I would pay $60. Tim M: Very easy to assemble thanks to the main posts being two pieces that bolt together and the top being snap together. I was able to assemble the entire top without a ladder, then had my wife assist to attatch the lower post pieces to bring it to it's final height.
The issue that I did have with assembly was that three of the snap in pieces did not line up with their corresponding holes, so I was faced with a choice: disassemble and return the whole thing and find out that they were no longer in stock, (There was no customer service number or email option to get replacement parts), or drill new holes and paint it to prevent rust. I went with the latter and am very happy with the canopy.
The fabric seems very robust and I love the "pull loop" sewn into one corner of the top and pull hook (provided) to help get the fourth corner nested onto the last arm (without getting a finger caught in there).
The size is perfect, we fit a table & 6 chairs under it, and the height is tall enough that nobody will bump their head.

Lawrence: The product came late, but it was packed well. The box itself wasn't that heavy--the delivery person lifted it by himself. I'm not as quick so my wife helped me carry it to the backyard. Assembly was easy and can be done by one person. The frame with just the poles didn't look that sturdy, but after adding on the "dome" frame, it was stronger. The instructions aren't great and are simply pictures; there aren't that many nuts and bolts to attach. The canopy fabric didn't really need the tool they provided to help stretch it. They redesigned the longer frame ends so that you could put the canopy fabric on first, then switch (by pressing in a spring-loaded button and pulling the end cap) to a longer setting to set each end. I have no idea how to put on the corner leg fabrics, so I just hung them up--they look like they may be on the wrong side to me. So far it stands sturdily against the 5-10 mph drafts we are seeing in Sacramento. Time will tell how it holds up to stronger wind and rain.

Kevin M.: Check the welding. It seems the welded joints were not prepared and cleaned properly before welding. There was rust in the area and some of the welds broke apart and I had to have them re-welded.
