Amazon Customer: I recently purchased a Vitamix Blender, absolutely loving that, and I wanted to get a recipe book for making smoothies. After reading the reviews on this book I decided to purchase it. I just received it yesterday and I couldn’t put it down, I am so impressed with this book! The variety of recipes, the vibrant colored pages, the thick glossy pages, the quick and easy instructions, the size of the book….What’s not to love?? This book has it all!! I haven’t made any of the smoothies yet, however I can assure you I’ve already written a list of items I need to start making some of these smoothies and I’m headed to the grocery store!! I’m glad I made the choice to purchase this book, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good smoothies recipe book that has it all!!

Dawn: I almost kept this book as it looked like nice easy to follow recipes. But- my came with a ruined cover (grooves/gashes) . And the deciding factor was : How often will I have more then half the ingredients in this book. ?! For me- the exotic fruits are too expensive and hard to come by to make these. So- returning

A reader: This is a great resource for anyone wanting to get into smoothies. The recipes are all simple and use easy-to-find ingredients that need little advance preparation. All the smoothies I've tried tasted great too, including the vegetable-based ones. Many of the recipes are accompanied by high-quality, full-colour pictures and bright, large-font text. As a disinterested, unskilled cook, I find that this format takes some of the pressure away from meal prep.

Because of this book, I used my blender so much that I broke it.

Vicki Hay: I bought two of these one for myself and one for my daughter. The book has nice glossy pictures, the recipes are quick to make and products are easily found at your local supermarket. Delivery was also very quick. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend this book to others looking for healthier alternatives to high sugar beverages.

White Meadow: This is a terrific book to introduce you to making smoothies and frozen pops! I had never had a smoothie before but I acquired a decent blender recently and decided to try making some. My first attempt was the Blueberry Blast. I did not like this selection made with cottage cheese, so I substituted vanilla yogurt instead. A winner! I froze my leftovers into pops and they are so good! I love the simplicity of each receipe but there are plenty of suggestions and variations to make things interesting. I suspect I will be trying some new foods and flavor combinations as I gain more experience with this. I also like knowing that the calorie count is 300 or less!
