Alan C.: As of Sept 23, 2023 these air stones cost about 70 cents each. I am using them to make compost tea. Air stones can build up a bio-film that becomes pathogenic and there is no way to ensure they are thoroughly clean. At this price, I can make 10 gallons of tea and throw away the air stones when I am finished. I’ve got a nice, rolling boil in the buckets and am very please with these stones.
