Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: When I ordered these, I honestly didn’t expect too much from them, I figured that they would be flimsy and probably break over time. After receiving them and having them in hand, they after are 10x better quality than I expected. The plastic isn’t flimsy at all and the batters fit perfectly. I do have a few older batteries that fit slightly loose, but that isn’t an issue, they still are secured and won’t come off unintentionally. I’d recommend these and buy again if I need to in the future.

Anna FlemonAnna Flemon: Made a few charging station and used these battery holders. Holders worked great. They are plastic but very sturdy. NOT 3D printed. Each holder mounts with 3 screws (included) but I used my own. Holes for screw mounts are not knocked out, but clearly located. Easy to drill out. I mounted all my batteries where they load from the bottom. Done this where I could see the battery charge indicator. Holds batteries very well. They ‘snap’ in. You have to push the button on the battery to unlock from the holder, just like a DeWalt tool. I will buy more. Thanks

Naushad Mistry: The covers fit perfectly and seem robust. They are really well designed and finished. Not sure if they will stand up to tradepeople’s requirements but nor might the Dewalt branded ones for the flexvolt batteries.

Mike BarberMike Barber: I've been meaning to build a cordless tool rack and charging station for a long time and I finally got around to it. The battery holders work great for storing my charged batteries. The fit and retention is good on the Dewalt OEM batteries as well the generic clones I have. These can be threaded on a utility/tool belt or surface mounted as I have. One complaint is I wish the surface mount holes were predrilled or molded in. The locations and counter sink for the screws is there, but you have to drill them out yourself. I also have 12v packs and while they will slide in and stay good enough for my use, these definitely aren't designed for those packs. On the whole, they are made well and seem pretty durable. I now have more holders than batteries so I guess if one were to break or wear out I have spares, but I can't see that happening any time soon. If you need to carry backup batteries on your toolbelt or just need a convenient and secure way to mount them in the shop, toolbox or trailer, these are a great solution.
