Margarita CamachoMargarita Camacho: I purchased the BWE Shower faucets with the Rain Showe Head from Amazon. It gives my newly renovated bathroom a luxury look. I did have a problem with the compression valve which I got in contact with BWE. I spoke to Mr Tony Chan who was the most attentive and polite person and resolved my issues. John Reznicek: I put this in my master shower, we love to rainfall head and the sprayer can be placed wherever you want it. Have ordered a second one for a bathroom remodel im working on. Seems like quality materials and is packaged very well!!

Placeholder: Would give this all 5 stars for everything although after a few months of use the valve that turns from rain shower to the handled sprayer is gettin a little hard to turn. There must be a way to put some more WD40 or freeze to help it turn a little easier...
