daphne: I bought this foam to block the sun and the wildfire smoke that we got in the Northeast early last summer. Kept it in the window all summer. Served its purpose. Threw it out at the end of the summer, but am glad I had it when I needed it, and will buy it again if we get another wildfire smoke episode.
