whippindayams: I purchased this to add to the seat cushions of a West Elm 82" Harmony sofa purchased in 2022.

If I could give that West Elm sofa negative stars I would. The seat cushions are so insufficient. When sitting on the couch it was easy to feel the springs and would support through the cushions.

Enter this foam! It was luck that the dimension of upholstery foam fit each cushion perfectly when cut right in half. Since the cushions had a zipper, the foam slid right in with some effort. It has upgraded the sofa 100%.

The foam was easy to cut with a an electric knife (think the knife we use to carve a turkey once a year :) ).

Would buy again and recommend to anyone.

The CJLThe CJL: Bought this for a long overdue replacement of the cushion for a World Market daybed. The length is only 2 inches longer than the original cushion, but it fits perfectly. The foam is soft and comfortable, yet firm and supportive, very good quality. With the 6-inch cushion, I can't feel any of the wood slats from the daybed's frame. The photo shows a cover I bought that didn't fit and am returning, but otherwise it fits the dimensions of the daybed quite well.

Levels: Nicely done. This was actually less hassle than I was expecting. I’ve ordered twice, different sizes, and both times appreciated what I got. Thick foam can be awkward to remove from a box, but these have a protective fabric around them to keep them clean in case the carrier breaks the box, and it also makes removal from the box much easier without needing to either wrestle plastic shrink wrap off the roll or keep it from springing open as in the case of having no wrap at all. It’s a nice balance. There was no off gas left in the foam and the odor was minimal (I’m very picky but do not chemical sensitivity)

Caroline: This foam has made my sofa new again! I absolutely love it! It is holding up extremely well with daily use. One of my best purchases ever :)
Suggest using a very large sharp knife. Draw pattern on front and back of cushion. Cut in front of a full length mirror in order to see that you stay on the line on both the front and the back. I washed my sofa cushion covers and installed the foam when the covers were still damp. Then stood them up to dry…. Perfect job!!!
