Krystal: This stuff worked quick. I found a stray kitten, and I have not been able to get him to let me deal with his ears. Within like, 30 seconds of using this, my kitten of course was shaking his head trying to get the stuff out. And literal chunks of ear gunk/crust came out. Tried it a few more times, of course the kitten hated it and kept shaking his head, but every time he did you could see chunks of stuff coming out of his ears. Now imagine how good it would work if the kitten would cooperate… lol

Amazon カスタマー: 皮膚科専門医がオススメしていたので、いい商品だと思いますが、初日に片耳が真っ赤になってしまって驚きました。その日は掻き傷でもあったのかもしれません。その後、赤くなることはなく使用できていますが、うちの子にはあまり合わないのか？以前より耳が臭いです。サラッとした液体なのに、なぜか耳の飾り毛がすごくもつれて毛玉ほどきが大変です。

ぽーこん: マラセチア外耳炎になりやすい我が家の愛犬。耳のケアを怠るとすぐにマラセチア外耳炎になります。
以前はノバルサンオチックを使用していましたが滲みるのかとても嫌がり、うちの子には合いませんでした。
ひどい耳垢汚れの際は、ザイマックスイヤープロテクターを使用し、通常の耳掃除はこのザイマックスイヤークリーナーを使用しています。1週間に一度の使用でマラセチア外耳炎を予防できるので我が家の常備品です！
本当にキレイになるし予防になるのでオススメです。

While this is my 1st time purchasing this product for my cat. I look forward to seeing how and if it is of any benefit to his condition. I have been impressed with what I have seen so far, and that is only the packaging.
CONS:
My only complaint, and the reason I held back one star, is the current method of delivery. To utilize this product, you first must twist off the top (tip), then remove a small, easy to remove seal, then replace the bottle tip. To dispense, you turn the bottle's tip (shown in the photo with the word 'open'...
