Jessica Luebke: Easy to assemble, my 10 year old daughter did mostly on her own. Little heavy but definitely worth it. Supported my 220 pounds plus her 100 pounds simultaneously easy enough. Compact enough to haul along for our camping trips. Plus the pink hammock was adorable to represent my hippy glamping camper life.

Hillary S.: The stand pieces came wrapped in plastic bubble wrap with no scratches. The instructions say an extra knobbed screw should go in the middle of the crossbar, and I was afraid I was short one, but there is no hole to even put it in, so I think that was an error. Aside from that, it was very easy to put together by myself, & I was enjoying using the hammock in a half hour. I was afraid it wasn't sturdy when I first sat on it (I'm plus size!), but once I stretched out, it felt fine. We'll see how it holds up! From reading other reviews, I'll bring the hammock itself inside when I'm not using it. It's 'a bit of a bummer it' s not more weatherproof, because I thought the color would help brighten up my deck, but it probably would be less comfortable fabric if it were.

Liz Cox: I neeever write reviews but I really had to show my appreciation for this company! I ordered this hammock in the summer and unfortunately the tree it was under kind of destroyed the cloth of the hammock… the tree turned the cloth black. I contacted the company because I couldn’t find anywhere to order a new hammock without the stand… their Rep Mandy went above and beyond and sent me a whole new one even though the product was not at fault at all! She was so responsive and even though I was happy to pay for a new one, she sent it to me free of charge and I received it within days! I’ll definitely shop with them again!

Alana Dietrich: The hammock was super easy to put together by myself. Only a few poles to fit together and a few large knob screws to tighten in. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it went together.
The hammock itself is great, it's really roomy and has enough space for me and my big 70lb dog to curl up and nap. It's really sturdy and absolutely comfortable. So perfect for spring and summer relaxing.
When my box arrived the carrier had damaged the box. When I opened the box I realized that the hardware bag had been torn and a washer and wing nut were missing from the bag. I contacted the seller and they sent the part super fast. Not just the part but they sent a whole set of all the required hardware. Now if anything gets misplaced I will have those on hand to use. I was super impressed with their customer service and dedication to fixing the problem. Highly recommend this seller.
