Amber Higgins: My partner and I sat on it the other day, and the cloth hammock part broke unfortunately. Our total weight is under the capacity of 450 pounds. I’m bummed because I really loved this hammock, especially the way it looks. I tried texting and emailing the company, but both messages were rejected.

Jocelyn Howard: This hammock was only fine, the poles supporting the actually hammock were hollow and a little wobbly - didn't feel very supportive. Additionally, the package smelled SO strongly of cooking spices it made my clothes and house stink for a couple hours. I wound up returning it the next day because I wasn't really satisfied with it, if it wasn't so easy to return and get a refund I probably would have rated 3 stars.

Ron Adams: To be fair, I've only had the hammock one day. I'm not sure just yet if it will be a hammock that I use for years to come, but it's definitely one I'll be using over the next 4 or 5 months while the weather is nice enough. I live in GA, so the weather tends to be pretty warm through much of the winter. I received it in one box and needed literally no instructions, though they were included. Set up was extremely simple and I had it together in less than ten minutes. It's comfortable and seems fairly sturdy, although I'm skeptical of the 450lb weight limit. However, I'm a slim guy and weigh about 175, so it's not enough of a concern to worry about.

Be forewarned however, that there is NO separate padding. The hammock bed is woven together to form the bed itself. I'm only mentioning this (and taking off one star) because this is certain to run into a problem should I leave it in the elements. If it gets wet, it will most likely mildew, so I'm taking it in and out each time I use it. This is however, a simple fix. It's a matter of unhooking one side and rolling up the bed. The frame itself does feel sturdy enough, however, it creaks when I get in it, and I can't be completely...
