Arun: I had placed the order on July 19th, when this was in stock. After postponing three times, the item arrived to the next city where I am but was returned back. No details even from customer support. Contacted the seller directly, they just didn’t care about customer orders coming from Amazon.

After pestering the Amazon support, they placed an order for the item when it was not in stock (they probably can do that from their end). No idea though, when the item be back in stock and when I can see it in reality. Just gave up hopes and after 1 and half months, I got it finally.

Product is good, hence I waited, but the experience I received from both Amazon support and the seller are worst.

So if you are placing the order, be ready for this treatment.

Gagandeep kaur: I was not sure if I should order a bed from Amazon but then I took the chance and ordered this on sale. It only took 15 min to assemble the whole thing. It’s been more than 3 months that I’m using it and it’s doing really great. Super comfortable & No noise issues at all ! I’m happy that I cracked this good deal on sale .

Amazon Customer: This is exactly as shown, arrived super quick, and the set up fee was worth having it brought in and set up in 15 minutes. Seems super steady and sturdy so far, with no shakes or noises. Really pretty too, and the top is wide enough to put things on, like a phone, and my cat is loving the little top shelf too.

GM: This is the 6th Zinus upholstered bed I have purchased. Top quality, easy to assemble and very stylish. My mattress feels much better on this platform bed than it did on the box springs. I open the box flat on the floor with the back of the headboard facing up the I unzip the back, take out all the parts and line them up.
I sort the parts and put the matching pieces together. Follow the instructions. The bracket that goes on the headboard is a tad confusing. If you go to attach that headboard bracket to the middle frame and it is too high, the bracket is put on wrong. I highly recommend this product.

H. Fouts: I love this headboard and frame. I was born in the 70's, raised in the 80's...this is my first "big girl" bed so I am in love with it. I never thought I wanted a headboard - I just always pushed the bed up against the wall.

It was time to buy a new mattress as my old Tempur-pedic had seen some time go by. I suddenly wanted to get a big girl bed and have a headboard and frame. I absolutely love it!

Zinus is an amazing company and I have purchased frames from them for other members of my family so I'm familiar with their quality (and sense of humor in their literature). I saw this one on Amazon and knew it was for me. From past experience with other Zinus bedframes, I also purchased a bunky board to go between the frame and the new mattress.

The bedframe was very easy to put together myself. It's very intuitive and easy to understand what to do once you get started. Everything tightened up very well (don't tighten everything until you are done putting things together) and I have not had to tighten anything since I first put it together.

Suggestion: use the washers provided to attach the "wings" of the headboard. The instructions do not tell you to do that...

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I spent a fair bit of time reviewing bed frames online before purchasing. I wanted something simple to setup, sturdy, and nice looking, and this hit all the checkmarks for me, plus the price is unbeatable. Couple things that I didn't see in other reviews:
- It arrives in a VERY heavy box, that you'll need two people to haul in to your place (I was up a flight of stairs in my townhome and no way is it doable with one person). I have no idea how the delivery person got it to the doorstep, but koodos to them.
- all parts come neatly packed in the zippered storage behind the headboard which is a nice touch, plus you can use that for storage once it's assembled (maybe an extra blanket or two).
- nice touch to include both the hex wrench, and the wratcheting hex wrench (makes assembly with two people faster, and tightening down all the bolts a breeze). They even give you spare bolts should you need them.
- very intuitive construction and parts fit together perfectly, assembled in about 30 minutes or less. Once constructed this thing is as sturdy as a bedframe comes, and completely silent (velcro padded design on the wood slats helps), and no movement of the mattress.
