Isabela Pamplona Castilho Lima: Great cost-benefit. It is super comfortable, not to stiff, not too soft, it really holds my wait ant it adjusts to the body's curves (neck, hips, etc). Have been having great night sleeps since it arrived! I also love that it is high!

Amazon Customer: I can say without a doubt that this is the best mattress I've ever owned!! I love the extra firmness and it still has a nice pillow top. 12" pocket depth and I bought queen size 14" depth sheets from wayfair that fit it perfectly. Great quality and awesome price! Highly recommend if you like a firm but comfortable mattress :). Worth every penny!

Carmela Romano: I read review, after review trying to decide on a new mattress and after settling on the Zinus 12inch gel infused memory foam hybrid. The gel infusion promotes a cooler sleep (for those like myself that become furnaces at night), and the material that wicks moisture to pull away humidity or sweat if you do happen to get to warm so you don’t wake up drenched. So far, and it’s been a humid hell’s front porch here in July.. I’ve never woken up too warm. I also loved the hybrid features of the memory foam with the iCoil pocketed coils which give the flexibility to accommodate both side and back sleepers. I was pretty impressed with what I got.

Everywhere I turned, I saw warnings that even after the 24-72 hours of letting it rest and ventilate that there would still be a chemical smell and it doesn’t fully decompress to inflate to its full 12 inch form as advertised, but I tell ya.. that was SO NOT my experience.

Delivery: so caught the tail end of the Prime Day deals when I purchased this mattress and the 18 inch smart frame. All were expected to arrive the Monday and I was thrilled so see everything had been delivered to my door step...

Jan H.: Eighteen months ago due to severe spinal stenosis I gave up my once awesome but currently sagging 20 year old beauty rest mattress in favor of sleeping directly on my board like box springs with a mattress topper. For a while it helped but at 68 years old I finally realized I needed at least a little bit of cushion or give. After reviewing pretty much every mattress on the planet for the last six months I decided on an inexpensive bed in a box type of mattress. I didn't want to spend a lot in case it didn't work out. I have had coil spring mattresses for over 60 years so I decided to stick with that familiar feel. However, I definitely needed the firmest mattress I could find… a step above the wooden board I had been sleeping on. Last Monday, July 28th I ordered the Zinus performance plus extra firm 10 inch queen mattress. I received it three days later on Thursday shipped from Amazon. It came in a long box about 90 pounds. I maneuvered it from the porch on its end all the way to my bedroom. Not too bad for a 68 year old woman with a bad back! I set it on the bed and unpacked it with no problem. Liz G.: I WAS RELUCTANT AT FIRST! I am going to write an unusual review. When we first took the mattress out of the bed and I lay down on it, my first thought was, "Oh NO! What have I done? This mattress is like laying on a padded brick." It took less then 24 hours for the memory foam to completely fluff up. So I gave it another day. And another. It was just SO FIRM! My old bed was like a soft billowy cloud that just wrapped around you. So I called Amazon to check on their return policy. They told me to wait a week and see how I felt, and then we could initiate the return process.

I AM SO GLAD I WAITED! I now LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this bed!! Here's why: I SLEEP LIKE A BABY THAT SLEEPS THROUGH THE NIGHT! I have never slept so good in my whole life! I didn't realize it until about 2 weeks went by. I realized, I'm not getting up at night to briefly check the alarm clock time, go to the bathroom etc. No. It is literally a SLEEP MAGNET! I lie down on it, and 5 minutes later, I'm out cold! No more tossing and turning to fall asleep. NO MORE INSOMNIA! I find I am sleeping about exactly 7 hours straight without waking up once.

I don't even notice...
