We had a small issue, and people had spoken about how their customer service is really good. I also found the same results. Customer service was extremely fast however, it appears that they are in a different time zone so your answers will usually come in the middle of the night if you’re within the United States region. However, they usually respond without any delay when they do respond. Our issue was worked out very effectively and the company was very reasonable. So all around this is a good purchase and appears that it’s gonna last for quite a while for the price.

It comes rolled and vacuum packed, it unrolls easily and very little inflation time!

R. Cordova: Definitively love this mattress. First it arrived earlier that expected. It's super comfortable and it looks very nice. Also, noticed that even though it has a memory foam top it stays cool and fresh. I'm not waking up in the middle of the night sweating. Been having a full night sleep since. Funny how much one can forget what is that like

Amazon Customer: I took some time looking for a mattress that suits my needs. But after 8 months of use, I decided I needed another bed. The mattress started off soft/firm but hardened over the course. I thought I could fix it by adding a topper but I was wrong. I contacted customer service for warranty. Kimi's response was fast and very professional. I was very impressed by the customer service.

I absolutely love this mattress. In fact, I wish I had gotten one for my own bed before spending 1,500.00 for "Bob's Bob'Opedic" bed. I never had tried a coil bed, I assumed it was the same as springs and always avoided. Well, I wish I hadn't. Nothing like a old fashioned spring bed. The coils on this mattress are perfect and give the perfect balance of soft but firm.
I got this mattress for my son's room... and let me tell you, if it were a queen size, I'd be swapping with him for this instead lol
I sleep on it every time my husband (over the road trucker) is out for work...which is at least 4 nights a week. And most weekends when my son is out with friends.
I wake up with no hip or back pain. Which is a damn miracle! I'm pissed I spent so much money on my mattress a year ago, that I hate!
And I was concerned it wouldn't fit in the full size bunk frame, but it's PERFECT.
I truly couldn't be happier with this purchase, I would do it all over again. My son Loves it as well. He's a heavy boy, that struggled in his old memory foam bed terribly. He wakes up without any complaints...

Its almost like firm, but still a little softer than firm.

I have a preference for VERY firm mattress (literally just a pad on top of the floor) so I think it was okay. But my friends love my bed when they come for a sleep over!

Overall, I would say the mattress is of HIGH quality!

erika: Needed a bed really quick for my new apartment. I read the reviews, it was affordable, so I got it, and it came three days later in a pretty small box. I unrolled it, there was no chemical smell thank goodness, looks well made, and was ready to sleep on almost immediately after some decompressing! It is a hybrid mattress so it has springs but you cannot feel them due to the nice cushion on the top. It's doesn't sink like a foam mattress and is quite structured which I really like. Highly recommend!

rancher Mike: My wife and I purchased this 12 inch queen size mattress on 1-20-2023. We are in our mid 60s and have the usual older folks aches and pains. We are cattle ranchers. Our work can be rigorous and require that we be outdoors most of the day. I weigh about 200 lbs and my wife weighs about 120 lbs. In the past we preferred a very firm mattress. However, as we age we thought it might be better for us to have a mattress with some give for our shoulders and hips so as to reduce the pressure points we thought we were feeling from our most recent coil spring mattress which was VERY old and still very firm. In the past both of us have had hip, shoulder and back pain. My lower back is especially sensitive as is one hip.

Kescas support stated there is no fiberglass or glass material in the mattress.

Delivery was prompt. No issues with unboxing the mattress. We unboxed it on top of our box spring. There were no smells that we could detect. The mattress did take a full 72 hours to fully expand. Our first sleep on the mattress was the 4th night after unboxing it. Could probably slept on it earlier but we wanted to be patient and let it fully expand.

MiraD: I did a lot of research looking for a mattress for our daughter (it's been months lol it's embarassing). Though I was looking for something made in Canada (on the mid to lower end price range) I noticed that this company had the Certipur and Oeko-tex certifications and great reviews. This mattress actually didn't even come up after scrolling several pages on Amazon, and I only happened upon it accidentally (most mattresses even the more expensive ones have 4.6 ratings though this one seemed a bit higher). I figured I'd try it out and if it didnt seem great I could return it and go to Sleep Country. The mattress itself is very comfortable (I have not slept on it, but I spend quite a bit of time on it reading stories!) - you can't feel the springs, and it is firm yet bouncy/soft. I am also about to have another baby and laying on this bed feels so good on my back (we have a Sealy pillowtop that I love, but it is of course soft and the support from this mattress...I don't want to get off of it lol). Going to see how the little one like its and will update my review, but if it proves to be as good as it feels while resting on it I'll be getting the Queen for our guest room. Just feels...
