Joe: I like it because it worked as expected. That’s about what you want from a basic product like wall size. What more can I say?😉

J A B: Used to "size" brand new sheet rock that was primed. Then used to "paste" wallpaper that was NOT pre-pasted. This was the first time I used wallpaper that was NOT pre-pasted. After applying & "booking" wallpaper it appeared as though it might not adhere to the wall but it did. Once it was on the wall it's not like pre-pasted wallpaper, though, in that it's not easy to "slide" around while matching one piece to another. All in all, though, it got the job done.

Cookmeister: If you read the reviews here it is confusing to know if this product is good or not, but it is a very good product at a good price. The reason people have problems with this adhesive I believe is because they don't read the box instructions - which are confusing. Here are some pointers:
A. 1 1/2 ounces of product per gallon is for sizing a wall only - you need to look at the chart to see how much you need to mix to hang wallpaper.
B. You need to fill a container with the amount of water you need and gradually add the powder while stirring to get this to mix properly, it will still be a little lumpy, but the lumps will brush out when you apply the adhesive to the paper.
C. You should prep the walls before you wallpaper with a wallpaper primer - I used Shieldz which was great for putting vinyl wallpaper over vinyl.
Bottom line this is a great value if you use it right. This cost half of what I paid for premixed paste and it does 8 double rolls instead of 1, you can mix what you need and store the rest (which is a powder), and you can store premixed paste in an airtight container.

Glanda Widger: This is a really good wallpaper adhesive. I have used it sucessfully for years. Just a few tips for newbies. Use a wire whip to mix. Mix the day before and allow it to sit overnight in a covered bowl( don't use a bucket the dry mix sticks in the corners) the next day the paste will be super smooth. I add water as needed to keep it the consitancy of a thin mayonaise and always add a little white school glue for better and longer adhesion. Do not do this if you plan to take the paper down when you move. I have never had a problem with loose paper or peeling paper. I smooth with a damp rag and the paper comes out smooth every time. In short use your head.I used this in my bathroom and the paper is still tight and smooth after a year. Another small idea. for damp areas actually put this clue on the outside of the paper as well and wipe with a damp rag. It seals the paper and there is no discoloration.
