M. C.: This product was recommended to me at a time when I had a cat who had a behavioral issue with urination. I was also selling the house I was in and certain parts were soaked in the cat’s urine. it seemed an impossible situation because cat urine is so noxious and stubborn- Really, nothing gets rid of it. Not only did this disintegrate all of that odor particularly in the basement where it had lodged into the cement foundation, but also spraying (or pouring for more saturated) this on anything that has an obnoxious scent neutralizes upon first use! No reason to apply many times over or remove top layer basically before action. I most recently bought angry orange for a change. It smells nice- def better on scent. It does not seem as powerful of an enzymatic cleaner and odor remover though. It may be more cover-up. It just seems to take more uses, so I’m re-purchasing this. I think I’ll just have both for different purposes.

Bee: It works, it illuminates odors. After a few applications, our dog would not go on anything that I sprayed it on, the couch, her pillow, and our bedspread. So I don’t think it’s pet friendly, it might not hurt her, but she doesn’t like it. So now I need to find some thing that won’t bother her and get rid of her odor.

Lana: I bought this to remove the smell of carpet cleaning solution left behind after cleaning my carpets. It seemed to work only temporarily. Also, it definitely has an odor… and not necessarily a pleasant one as it does smell kind of like chemicals. Wil go back to using the Febreze carpet spray, as the scent it leaves behind is more tolerable.

dail: LOVE this miracle product!! Too bad it’s not possible to video or photograph a smell to go with this review. No overpowering masking scent & no corrosive bleach so don't expect a sweet smell to immediately cover up your particular stink to convince you that its working. No this Zero product is sneakier than that. It just makes the stink vanish after a while. Like poof! I’m a Real Estate Agent. You have to trust me when I say that the odor that emanated from a house that I listed this summer was so offensive you could smell the house 400 yards from the street when just 2 windows were cracked open 6 inches. Neighbors spoke about the smell on move out day. It was choking. I bought 2 of the largest size bottles of Zero. If it came in a 5 gallon bucket, I would have bought two of those, and paid the cost of it gladly. I ignored all suggestions in other reviews of “sprinkling the solution”. I literally poured Zero Directly from the bottle onto the already damaged wood floors that had soaked in 2 decades of neglect, pet, bird and human funk through the 2 carpets that I had removed. V. Cayenne: So I'm about to be one of THOSE reviewers. You know the ones. With the hyperbole, the improbable story, the exaggerated claims about the product... Yeah. So I bought a real throwaway backup vehicle. My "real" car was going to be some time in the shop and there was a company spare vehicle, part of an obsolete fleet and just used for quick deliveries to field personnel. It was scratched and dented, sounded ragged and clanky as it ran, but it still ran. I figured I'd just let the mechanic give it a look to make sure it would break down and have me stranded and it would be relegated to emergency use once my vehicle was back.

I drove it home a couple Fridays ago. And suffered a drive marked by a foul miasma. It sat at home as I got the insurance and registration taken car off. Good weather so I opened it up to "air out". Paperwork complete, I drove it to the mechanic (and apologized for the smell), then to my carwash. Took the interior detailing special. Amazon Customer: I have a dog that peed on my carpet and on my rug. Despite washing the rug in the washing machine and using a carpet cleaner, i could not get rid of the smell. I bought a couple of products for specific pet stains, the main ones that are sold on amazon at a price range of £10 each. Nothing worked. This is a very expensive product so i really wanted to avoid spending this much.. however, since nothing else worked i decided to give it a try, at the end of the day there is always the option to return it. So i ordered it!
I used it on both the rug and the carpet, one application was not enough, i actually did three. However there is absolutely no trace of the smell on both surfaces. The product itself smells of chlorine and bleach, but that smell goes away after a few hours and it is not overpowering.

I decided to spray it also on my couch, and it made all the smell go away. After that i filled a spray bottle with a bit of fabric softener and water and sprayed it everywhere, carpet, rug and couch… my flat now smells so lovely and clean.
