Yes, the mix gets clumpy in the bag, but here's what you do. First, massage the bag a bit before you open it to break up the big clumps. Then open the bag but before you put the mix into the pan, pour it into a small dry bowl, and break up any remaining smaller clumps with a fork. Easy peasy.
