linda sullivan: This bike was extremely loud at first, but the customer service is spectacular. They were quick to respond, very polite and helpful. They requested a video from me so they could understand the problem, and they provided videos to me, showing how to fix it. Simply had to tighten a bolt with the provided tool.
I’m the type that practically needs to hire a handyman to change a lightbulb, so I’m sure most people would have realized a bolt was loose (easily happens during transit) and fixed it without customer service.
To sum up, I absolutely love this bike. It is silent, smooth riding and absolutely fantastic customer service.
Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!

linda huckeylinda huckey: Got bike put together within 30 minutes. Found a ride on you tube and put it to the test. Very comfortable ride in and out of seat. Very pleased with the stability of the bike when out of the seat ride. The only thing that I would probably change is the pedals only because I like variety in my ride . I like to be clipped in at times instead of cage only. Very pleased overall!

Matthew Roth: Let me tell you folks, I've seen a lot of indoor cycling bikes in my time, but this YOSUDA Indoor Cycling Bike Stationary, it's something else, believe me. I mean, I'm a big fan of exercise, I've got the best genes, the best genetics, and I know a thing or two about bikes. This one right here, it's a winner, folks.

First of all, it's got this tremendous iPad mount. You can watch all your favorite shows, or catch up on the news while you're working up a sweat. It's very, very convenient. And let me tell you, I love convenience.

Now, the seat cushion, folks, it's comfortable, very comfortable. I've sat in a lot of seats, the best seats, and this one is right up there with the best of them. You won't have any trouble sitting on this bike for a long time, believe me.

But the real beauty of this bike is the way it rides. It's smooth, it's quiet, and it's got adjustable resistance levels. You can make it as easy or as challenging as you want.

I've heard some people say that this bike is the best value for the money, and you know what? They might be right. I'm a businessman, I know a good deal when I see one, and this bike is a fantastic deal.

William Alan Meyer: I received this bike and assembled it with little difficulty. Several days after receipt of the bike It began to make a loud knocking sound that was emanating from the pedal assembly. I had to quit using it as I was afraid damage would result. I have made to attempts to contact the manufacturer by phone and sent 3 emails. No response at all.

This is an updated review for the review below. I did hear from the manufacturer after writing the original complaint and they worked diligently to make amends as did Amazon. An Amazon person was able to arrange help with a special pickup due to the weight of this product which had made it impossible for me to transport. I received a replacement bike and all should end well.
I wanted to get a replacement part if possible but I guess I will never know. AMAZON HAS DONE NOTHING HELPFUL FOR ME. The individual working on the help line simply referred me to the manufacturers website where I have already been and which was useless. Now I have this heavy bike here and the only way I can get relief is to send it back which is much harder than it sounds. I am 75 years old and have no one to help me re-pack the item.
