YOSUDA Portable Exercise Bike Pedal - Perfect for Under Desk Workouts

Annie: Part of my "at home" physical therapy. I love my bike pedal exerciser. It is helping me recuperate. It has helped me get stronger in both my legs and my arms. It has different speeds and strengths, but I am still in first gear.
But every day I feel stronger, and that's half of the battle back to being strong and healthy again. How you feel, and this thing makes me feel, like I am going to do it.
It not only helps your legs, but also works to strengthen your arms. It is a heavy machine, and you may need help getting it up on a table. But if you have someone that can do that for you, it works just as well for your arms, as it does for your legs.
It was easy to put together. And easy to operate. It has changed my life, and it can change yours too.

Country Girl: This is a solid well built indoor exercise machine. We use it daily in the winter time and haven’t had any problems with it. At first I found that it slid along the floor when pedaling but now I position it against a step and it works well. We’re very satisfied with it!

Lynn: Operates smoothly (we did oil one of the pedals - it was kind of clicky). It's quiet. Tension seems to work well. I can definitely feel the difference in the tension from level1 to 4 to 8. The assembly is not difficult, but there are things that I had to ask my resident mechanical expert. For example, which way do the legs go a) smooth side up or b) smooth side down - answer a) smooth side up with recessed dimple side down so bolt head is in the hole and doesn't scratch the floor. Which side up on the pedals when you attach the straps. The front of the pedal has more curves, so attach straps with that edge away from you. Then when you hand pedal it's got places for each finger and is way more comfortable. Even though the small leg and where it attaches on the frame were both labeled front, the small leg goes closer to the person and the larger leg goes more toward the front. Must be a translation issue. Overall, I'm hopeful that this will be used by the elder who needs it. It looks like it will work nicely.

Peni: I made the right choice when I choose the Yosuda pedal under desk exercise machine.

Was easy to put together. Has enough weight to it, so when in use it does not slide around. Cannot hear any noise at all. It does everything they say it does, and I am very happy with it.

I am only up to 10 minutes a day, will build on that, after a week will lengthen the time.

I cannot walk a long distance, so this is a great help to me to help keep my leg muscles built up and may in time help me to be able to walk longer than i can.

I do several stretches before I use it but seems for me to work well this way.

Seems very durable, is not cheap looking at all, looks very well built to me.

I am so far 100 percent satisfied with this and am thankful I choose this one. Not cheap, not high end, in the reasonable range.

I personally cannot see a higher end one working any better than this, n or me being any happier than I am with this Yosuda .

Cliren: positive: good exercise bike; easy to assemble, very very quiet, stable on carpet surface, pedal forward and backward, develop sweating after 5 min.
negative: could not use under desk; my desk is 73.6 cm high (29 inch) and i am only 157 cm (5'2") and my knees were hitting the desk, not easy to read the display, the blue back light on the display never lit, the provided batteries do not last long and be careful when changing the batteries, one felt in the device and not been able to retrieve it yet.

Amazon Customer: This under the desk bike was easy to put together. It has a heavier weight to it which helps a lot to keep it from wobbling like others I've tried. It runs very smoothly and the rubber on the bottom keeps it from sliding when i use it on carpet. On tile it does start to slide when going faster but not too much and can easily be remedied by putting it up against something or perhaps using those anti slip pieces that go under rugs. It has a quieter sound like a light fan blowing on low. Kind of like a nice white noise that doesn't interfere with watching tv or listening to music, ect. Despite it being a little heavier than others I've tried, i find that it's not too hard to move around and also works great on a desk, table, or counter for arm exercising. I love how it gives you information such as how many calories you burned or how much time you spent exercising. Its a great bike and works well.

Ellen: Please send over the bike once we got the replacement pedal from the support team, which came fairly quickly. And ever since, my mother has been using it faithfully to exercise her knee in preparation for surgery, as well as on the table top to strengthen her upper body. It’s a great little unit, very sturdy and well-made, and the product support team is excellent. The bike is made to last.

paulat: Really perfect for me. I have averaged about 50 miles per day and have lost 4 pounds in one week. Really well built and totally silent. I'm 5'8 and I do have to sit in a low chair but it works well and I do computer work and talk on the phone while burning about 1000 calories a day! You can't beat that. I was looking at more expensive solutions but I won't look anymore. Completely satisfied.

Mitch Voxx: I could not be happier with this piece of exercise equipment.

Delivery: Packaged very well, all parts were there, in nice polished condition. Parts were solid, heavy metal. My wife put it together in about fifteen minutes with no issues. An extra bolt was included but not needed.

Operation: Machine runs extremely smoothly with a very satisfying feeling - in other words, it feels good to pedal it. Almost no noise. The handle is a great idea, and makes it very easy to move the machine from one place to another.

Storage: Machine is very compact, especially considering it can be used for both arms and legs (both of which exercise core muscles as well). A stationary bike, nordic track, rowing machine, etc. while giving the same benefits, would require a lot more space.

Purpose: My wife's 71 y.o. knees are (literally) on their last legs - she's trying to stay in shape while staving off knee surgery as long as possible. She tried a treadmill and a rowing machine: both left her unable to walk after 10 minutes of walking/rowing.
