C. Cella: I have narrow, women's size 7 feet. These are to big for my feet. I struggle to get them on (I do at then first) and have them stay on my 4th and 5th toes. When I do get them on, they are painful, which I understand is expected in the beginning. I'm going to keep trying to use them. Hopefully my toes will expand.

Destinye: I unexpectedly received inflamed nerve relief the first time I used these. I have some numbness on the tip of my big toes apparently from wearing shoes that were too small. Some feeling came back after my first use with these. Not favorite though for tailors bunions.

hybridcreature: Highly recommend these if you're on your feet all day for work. When our feet are in shoes, the toes get crammed out of alignment for extended periods of time. When the big toe isn't in good alignment with the MTP joint (big toe knuckle) we put our weight right on the bone itself rather than dispersing the weight through our entire foot and using our muscles to move/support us. These are a really nice and quick fix for aching feet. Plus, the excuse to lie back and let them work passively is quite relaxing. I just wish that the stretch was more intense, but that is just a personal preference.

Yoga toes are gentle yet effective. You might feel like it’s torture the first time - especially if your feet and toes really are tight but start out a little at a time and you will be surprised at the results! Over time the tension will subside and your feet and legs will have some relief. I would say foot pain is one of the biggest reasons people are sidelined from running. Foot pain is miserable! I am a male with SZ 11 feet and they fit just fine. My toes are a bit crooked and these seem to give them a nice stretch that is very comfortable after a day of work in steel toe boots.
