Miss Carla: I use these at night when the neuropathy in my toes bother me. My toes tend to curl and cramp. I use with a pair of socks. They don't make it all night since I tend to toss and turn,but they sure help me fall asleep with less pain

Janet: Under my Physical Therapist's advice I am to use the toe separators between my toes to strengthen and heal a painful arch problem. The exercise consists of gently curling my toes up and down while holding each position five minutes and doing ten repetitions twice a day. I have only been doing this for three days so don't know yet how much improvement will be made until I have finished with the therapy sessions.
