YOGABODY Naturals Toe Spreaders & Separators: Get Fast Relief from Hammertoe & Bunions Pain

Milo: I was super worried about three things when buying Awesome Toes. 1. Material 2. Size 3. Wearability.
I am desperate for relief but skeptical since some folks reported similar products being too firm or too curved. The texture is perfect for me. I have hypermobile joints so I was worried about joint strain. I tried a bunion correction brace that pulls from the outside, but it hurts my toe joint too much. These are a little painful when you’re “getting used to them” but like shoes, you wear them for an hour or a few hours every day, and your feet become adjusted to the shape and the way your foot lands.
1. The material is firm but squishy silicone and doesn’t feel itchy at all. They don’t make my feet extra sweaty either. Huge plus.
2. My feet are super narrow and I have long toes. It’s the worst for most foot related things because they end up being too big for my foot. The Awesome Toes come with two pairs of sizes and fit my narrow W7.5 US perfectly. I love the way my toes feel in them. I move the spacers up around my joints to get more spread sometimes.

ftcgolf: Bought these to help correct a couple of claw toes. Silicone material is soft and it will take some time to get used to wearing these every day. I had them for a few months and starting to see a slight change. It’s going to take a long time to correct the toes and I didn’t want to go the surgical route. The kit comes with two sizes of separators. My only down tick is the $6 of product and $20 of packaging. I didn’t need a bamboo box the keep the other separator in; a small cloth bag would have been sufficient.

Allison: These actually work great! They are comfortable but also I can feel them stretching my feet and making a difference. The large pair would not work for someone with small feet, but I like having the option.

Ozhan: Overall good quality product. Wood case, carrying bag, and itself. My main problem with this toe separator big toe, pointer toe and middle toe separation almost equal , i bought another brand and it is elastic and i can wear longer. Also can wear with barefoot shoes at least in gym. With this, it is not possible.

Barb Alexander: I also have Joy-a-Toes but these are more comfortable and I think will do the same thing - that is to straighten the big toe so it aligns properly. After about 1/2 hour I need to take them off so I think you need to work up to longer time. You'd need a wide toe box in a shoe/boot to wear them inside - I just use them when watching TV so I'm distracted. Hoping they will help...

panya: This is an absolutely great pair of toe separators. I bought it for my partner and myself, and it fits perfectly on our feet (shoes sizes 37 & 43). The separators are very soft, comfortable to wear and easy to clean. At first I could wear them about 15 minutes without getting uncomfortable feelings in my toes, but now easily over an hour and much longer. My toes have never been happier and I can definitely experience the corrective effect. I get more grip with my toes during yoga and the shape of my feet has improved. The wooden box that comes with the toe separators is very handy to store them away. Think these are the best out there. The quality - price ratio was also great. Too bad they don't sell these anymore. I wanted to buy them as a gift for another couple. Hopefully they will come back.

Lou P: I absolutely love these toe separators! They have helped immensely with foot pain from plantar fasciitis. This is the 3rd pair I have had to buy in a year, though. This time I had to replace them because the plastic sheared through on my left big toe. Not sure if this is to be expected? I wear them every day, but only got them at Xmas? My only real complaint would be the not being able to select a specific size. The small size is of no use to me, so I would like to be able to just buy the larger size on an ongoing basis. I don’t like the unnecessary wastage. I also don’t need a new wooden box with every pair. Perhaps you need a starter pack and then more flexibility (no pun intended) for ongoing purchases?

keen shopper: Firstly, I have to agree with other reviewers in that the product is overpriced for what it is and sending the item in a fancy wooden box is really not necessary. I would've been happy receiving a Jiffy bag and spending half as much on the product. That said, on to the product itself : the toe spreaders come in two sizes as stated. I have size 7 (UK) feet and misshapen toes and the small fitted perfectly well. I could also use the medium should I choose to.
The product is made from very, very soft rubber which is easily pliable and comfortable to wear although I couldn't imagine I would be able to wear them with shoes as they are too bulky. However I was able to wear them under my socks quite easily all evening as I walked around the house. They started to get a little uncomfortable after a few hours so I took them off before going to bed.
My main disappointment is the pliability of the material which means that the purpose for which I bought them (bad misshapen bunions) isn't really helped as they aren't sturdy enough to push my big toes back into shape, which is what I really wanted them for. However, they are better than nothing and it is nice to be able to space my toes...

Zenzinin: A few things before I jump into the actual review: my feet measures size 5 wide C, but I wear Women's size 6 (M, or normal) shoes (sometimes size 6.5, depending what shoes it is, like depending on whether it's tennis shoes, dress shoes, heals, etc. - really, I don't understand what the heck is wrong with shoe sizes nowadays...). These toe spreaders fit my tiny size 5 feet. Also, I tried it on for 4 weeks now.

I REALLY did like these toe spreaders initially. What's not to love about it? Price point, packaging, and material were all really good, but it did not suit my needs. I have, well had, ball-of-foot pain on one foot that wasn't going away. After trying many, MANY toe spreaders over the course of 6 months, there was only one that worked... and of course the one that worked happened to be none other than the most expensive toe spreaders in the universe, CorrectToes (or Correct Toes). Without reviewing CorrectToes, I will just say that for my needs, YogaBody's toe spreaders just didn't work for me even though I really wanted it to.
