Iesha: We all bought them because of the claims on removing toxins, right? We know there's no scientific evidence to support it. What I can say is that I've never slept so well. I missed 1 night and could tell the difference. I had honestly even forgotten that improved sleep quality was listed as a benefit until I missed a night. I have an 8 month old that still wakes up a few times a night. Despite that I am still well rested.

Rachel Deabay: I know there is a lot of back and forth on whether these work. I can tell you as a mom of two young boys- after wearing these I don’t feel nearly as much fatigue in the morning. If I start to notice I’m feeling sick I wear these for a couple days and I usually can kick whatever I had. So I’d say if you are debating at least give them a try because I really think they work!!! Also super nice they come with the adhesive back already attached!

Gary O.: Read the "Do not use" before you buy. I didn't. I didn't until it came in and because I'm diagnosed with type2 diabetes i can't use them. My wife however did used them instead but only once. She said they we're very uncomfortable. So make sure you think you can handle them on your feet all night.

Therese P.Therese P.: I will be the first to admit that I have more of an experience base with traditional medicine than alternate methods. I came across these foot pads, and suffering from foot discomfort due to surgery, restlessness during sleep and fatigue during the day, I gave these foot pads a try. As others have described, these are pretty gross when you take them off and as you'll see from my photo, though the pads did not leak at all so no staining came through to my socks or to the bedding. My feet were clean prior to putting these on. And it wiped off easily upon removal. I historically do not like to wear socks to bed, but I followed instructions and did so. Truthfully, I was not expecting any results. The first time I wore them, I felt like there may have been a bit of subtle tingling beneath the pads, but I subsequently did not feel this. But I was pleasantly surprised upon waking that my foot pain seemed much less than usual. My sleep was restful on all occasions of wearing these and I felt that my energy level the next day was subjectively better.
