YITAMOTOR Soft Tri-Fold Truck Bed Tonneau Cover for 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma

Amazon Customer: It fit over my truck bed well. Provided weather stripping for front closed the gap. The clamping parts are made of Aluminum but fit and strong enough for their purpose. Nice touch to have hand levers at back, to allow quick opening. Two safety clamps in front are reassuring, just in case one or more of other clamps fails. Overall, well designed. Vinyl covers do flap a bit, when going at highway speed, but makes no noticeable noise and do not appear to get damaged. I think the covers should be ok for at least several years, the most uncertainty being the vinyl covers which are exposed to sunlight/uv, elements (hot/freezing/water/chemicals), and wind/vibration.

Austin Herrmann: Easy install I did have to take the stock metal bar off the front of my Tacoma bed because of how it comes from factory with a gap. They gif you foam pads to seal the hole after that super quick and easy install. I’m impressed so far with quality for under 200. Not sure on durability yet or how long the latch should last but great so far. Haven’t tested with water yet but I shined a light around all gaps and did not even let light through.

smikle: This was rather easy to install. It comes with some thick stick-on neoprene type seal gasket material that is supposed to be installed at the front bed bulkhead, but for my '23 Tacoma, I did not need it (I'd suggest trying first without). Other than that, easy peasy. Most of my time spent installing the cover was going back and forth adjusting how it sat on the top of the bed, which requires undoing the hold down clamps and repositioning them, etc. The assembly instructions are generic for different makes and models of trucks, so take them with a grain of salt. It may be best to research You Tube videos or videos in some of these reviews to get the idea how to install the cover. I've only had the cover on for about 6 weeks but here are my current the pros and cons of my experience with this tonneau cover:

Pros:
1) Very easy to install and operate
2) Fairy water tight as originally installed. I've handwashed my truck several times since installing the cover (even pointed the water spray where the cover sets on the top of the bed) and only a slight amount of water gets into the bed, mainly where the tailgate meets the cover (I am talking less than a shot glass worth). Bob Blanchard: The package came earlier than expected and all the components were accounted for. After installing the cover I noticed a small puncture in the vinyl. The customer service issued a replacement and I was given credit as soon as the UPS ticket went through. They also went ahead and issued a replacement even before the ticket was issued. This package also came earlier than expected. 5+ stars for their customer support.

The cover fit perfectly on my 6' Tacoma bed. The only installation issue I had was minimal which included the safety hold straps which I had to twist upside down on the rail to get the clamps to hold. This really wasn't much of an issue. We took the truck with items including luggage in the truck bed under the cover from NY to FL and back with no issues. Coming back from Florida we ran into a heavy rainstorm but the cover kept out practically all of the rain. Nothing was damaged from any water entry.

Some have had issue with the plastic hold down levers near the tailgate end of the cover, but after adjusting them to the proper length and with a little care, they have worked properly without damage or breaking. Some items during transport caused the vinyl...
