Kathy Keil: I bought these as I was looking for an interchangeable ankle/wrist weights.
They are good for the ankles but did not work for my wrists. They were too large even at the smallest measurement….and they also move around the wrists as I’m walking which is annoying. I ended up buying a pair with thumb holes for the wrists that stay in place and fit perfectly.
These work great for the ankles. I’ve been using them for a month or two now maybe longer. I walk most mornings 3 plus miles with them and can definitely tell a difference in my thighs and glutes….good investment for this purpose of strengthening the lower body while walking.

They have sand inside them,. That's kinda neat, the Material is strong and durable, the buckle on it won't snap and doesn't rub against your skin. Pretty decent for the price. Would recommend!
