banjo player: I was given some exercises, to perform for a tendon problem I was having in my knee. I got these ankle weights to provide the resistance I needed. So easy to put on. The little mesh bag is nice to store the weights when not in use. Simple and effective. Seems well constructed.

WichacpiHoskila: After buying three previous products, I finally found these, the almost-perfect version! They fit comfortably, and they fasten with a wide flap of Velcro, rather than with a strap that lips through a ring. The strap-and-ring closure doesn’t stay upright, but these weights start in perfect position, tight to your ankle without sliding down into a formless bundle of weight that hurts to walk in. I walk constantly in these in stores or on health walks, and never feel constricted or pinched. The wide flap closure is the key.

kayekaye: I usually never give a product review. However, I felt so strongly about these ankle weights I needed to leave a review.
I am in my 70’s and needed ankle weights that would be comfortable to wear to help gain strength in my legs. I love to walk and these weights are perfect.
They are easy to put on and don’t slip.
I have the 3lb weights and plan on eventually purchasing the 5 lb ones.
I wear compression socks and they still don’t rub my ankles at all.
Highly recommend them.

AP: Purchased the 5lb weights. These really elevate my brisk walks on my desk treadmill! The weights + the 5 degree incline on my EGOFIT = perfection. I'm 5 feet tall and can wear these comfortably around my ankles - no obstruction or discomfort!

I do not recommend these if you are sensitive to VOCs or have MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity). I'm going to have to find something else, unfortunately.
